Join me for an introduction to some of the basic principles and tools of shamanism.
These study evenings are suitable for anyone wanting to deepen their connection to self, life and others.

​Together we will explore the medicine wheel. We will study the four sacred elements (water, air, fire and earth) and their inner connections for proper alignment and the five worlds of Grandmother Earth (minerals, plants, animals, humans, spirit).
Bring pen, paper. Hot drinks provided.
