Join me for an introduction to some of the basic principles and tools of shamanism.
These study evenings are suitable for anyone wanting to deepen their connection to self, life and others.

​Together we will explore the medicine wheel: the four sacred elements (water, air, fire and earth), their inner connections for proper alignment, the worlds of Grandmother Earth (minerals, plants, animals, humans, spirit), the sitting place of the seasons etc.
